·       Physical Fitness: there are many different online classes/resources that are available. Your leadership has sent out many different programs to do it at home. Some companies are also offering online classes for discounted prices and/or free 90 day trials. Peloton and Fitbit both are offering a 90 day free trial, and Nike has a running and training app for free that I highly recommend.
